Prayers – October 18, 2026
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
• for family and friends with whom to share our day
• for the chorus of songbirds filling the morning skies
• for the splash of color that makes autumn so magical
• for opportunities to share Jesus’ love
• that You are our GPS in our walk of life
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. showing compassion and being present in the personal lives of our friends. Jesus goes to be with Mary and Martha when their brother Lazarus dies. “Jesus wept.” John 11:35
Forgive us, Lord, when we have been critical or negative in our thoughts of others.
We pray for brothers and sisters and ourselves as we walk together as a family of God….
• that those living in war-torn countries may soon experience peace
• for commitment to always follow Jesus’ commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. John 15:12
• for courage to speak the truth in love
• to share all our resources and spiritual gifts for the benefit and well-being of God’s people
• help us to be mindful of God’s faithfulness – for all that You have done for us and others in the past and into the present

But remember that we have to ask things of God that are in keeping with the God whom Jesus Christ revealed. John 15:7
禱告事項
“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
• 感謝主賜下家人與朋友，讓我們彼此陪伴、分享生活。
• 感謝主創造美麗的大自然，讓鳥鳴與秋色帶給我們喜樂。
• 感謝主賜下分享耶穌基督之愛的機會。
• 感謝主引領我們人生的道路，作我們腳前的燈、路上的光。
• 感謝主始終信實看顧，在過去、現在和未來都帶領我們。
求主引導我們活出基督的樣式
• 學習憐憫與陪伴 求主引導我們的心思意念，使我們越來越有耶穌基督的樣式，學習以憐憫待人，並真實地關心、陪伴身邊的朋友，在他們需要的時候成為安慰與支持。當拉撒路去世時，耶穌親自來到馬利亞和馬大的身邊，並為他哀哭。聖經記載：「耶穌哭了。」– 約翰福音11:35。
• 求主幫助我們效法耶穌的愛，不只是用言語安慰人，更願意用真誠的關懷陪伴有需要的人。
• 求主赦免我們的批評論斷 求主赦免我們有時在思想中批評論斷別人，或以消極、負面的眼光看待他人。求主潔淨我們的心，使我們學習以恩慈、忍耐和愛心彼此相待，常常省察自己，並以基督的心為心。
我們為弟兄姊妹以及我們自己禱告，願我們如同神的大家庭一同同行……
• 為戰亂中的人們祈求和平 求主憐憫生活在戰火中的人民，保守無辜的百姓，止息戰爭與仇恨，使和平早日臨到。
• 彼此相愛，遵行主的命令 求主幫助我們遵行主的教導，學習彼此接納、包容、饒恕與扶持，以主愛我們的方式彼此相愛。「你們要彼此相愛，像我愛你們一樣，這就是我的命令。」（約翰福音15:12）
• 賜下勇氣，以愛心說誠實話 求主賜我們勇氣與智慧，使我們持守真理，以溫柔和愛心說誠實話，讓言語能造就人，榮耀主的名。
• 甘心分享恩賜，彼此建立 求主幫助我們樂意分享主所賜的資源與屬靈恩賜，彼此服事、互相扶持，使教會更加合一，弟兄姊妹在愛中一同成長。
• 記念主的信實與恩典 求主幫助我們常常數算主的恩典，記念主過去的帶領，看見主今日的作為，並在一切境遇中堅定信靠主，深知主的信實永不改變。
奉主耶穌基督的聖名祈求，阿們。
