Prayers- September 6, 2026
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
• that you are close when we are hurting
• for giving us the gift of eternal life, that we may never perish or be snatched away from our Savior Jesus. John 10:28
• for Your Word which tells us the truth about ourselves. “Sharper than any double-edged sword…. it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
• for holding us and our loved ones steady with your strong hands through every scary situation we face in this fallen world. Isaiah 41:10
• for providing all we need for the day
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. to give of our time and resources to serve others. Sharing is an act of service we learn from Jesus – “ For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:28
Forgive us, Lord, when we have been careless with our words and caused broken relationships.
We pray for brothers and sisters and ourselves as we walk together as a family of God….
• for those who are hurting, we pray for your compassion and healing from all sickness.
• for wisdom for the nominating committee as they consider those with leadership gifts to serve on the Official Board in 2027
• that we may learn to plan our day according to Your will
• for the ones who have died due to recent floods and those left behind to grieve from the shock and suddenness of disaster
• that in unity we may pray for our church to be a source of hope for those who have not heard about Jesus

• 主在我們面對這個墮落世界中每一個令人害怕的處境時，用主祢大能的手托住我們和我們所愛的人，使我們站立得穩。 以賽亞書41:10
• 主供應我們每天所需要的一切。
主啊，願祢的旨意成就在我們生命中，引導我們越來越像耶穌，願意獻上自己的時間和資源去服事他人。分享與給予，是我們從耶穌身上學習的服事—「正如人子來，不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，並且要捨命，作多人的贖價。」馬太福音20:28
主啊，當我們不謹慎地使用言語傷害了別人，造成關係破裂時，求主憐憫赦免我們。
當我們作為上帝的家人一同走天路時，我們為弟兄姊妹和自己禱告……
• 為那些正在受苦的人禱告，求主賜下憐憫與醫治，除去各樣的疾病。
• 求主教導我們按照主的旨意安排每天的生活和時間。
• 為近期洪水中不幸喪生的人禱告，也為留下來、因這場突如其來的災難而震驚和悲傷的家人及親友禱告，求主親自安慰、扶持他們。
• 求主使我們在合一中同心禱告，使我們的教會成為那些尚未聽聞耶穌基督福音的人的盼望與祝福。
