WELCOME TO NEW CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR We are delighted to announce that Esther Cho accepted the position of Children’s Ministry Coordinator working with the Sunday School Superintendent and Religious Education Committee to plan, coordinate, and implement children’s ministry programs. We appreciate the members of the search committee for their faithful service during the selection process and the congregation for your prayers, encouragement, and support throughout this search. Please join us in welcoming Esther and praying for God’s blessing on this ministry.
PASTOR CHARLES KOO’S formal role as Transition Pastor for the Chinese-Speaking Ministries ended on May 31, 2026. We appreciate him continuing to volunteer wherever needed in the near future. We thank God for his example of humility and dedication in serving at the Chinese Community Church and pray He will lead Pastor Charles to new ministry opportunities for His glory.
THE FAMILY OF NOBLE WONG invites family and friends to join them as they gather to honor Noble’s life, share comfort, and support one another during a memorial service held on June 20, 2026 at 11 am. Noble passed away on May 18. Parking validation is available at the PMI lot at 900 New York Avenue, NW.

• Monthly Church-wide Prayer Meeting on the first Tuesdays of the month. We invite you to join a zoom call to pray following the direction of the pastors or for items on your mind. You may come any time during the hour for prayer in our next virtual meeting on July 7, 2026, from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Participants may pray in any language, offering only words meant for God. There should be no explanation or self-introduction.
• Mandarin Prayer Meeting and Bible Study, Tuesdays, 7 pm on zoom.
• Cantonese Prayer Meeting, Wednesdays, 7:45 pm on zoom.
OFFERINGS AND DONATIONS are being received during worship services. Whatever you give is acceptable if you give it eagerly. Give according to what you have, not what you don’t have. 2 Corinthians 8:12 NLT. You may also send checks in the mail, add CCC to your Bill Pay service from your bank, or send offering through Zelle (treasurer@cccdc.com) or PayPal from website link. Checks are payable to Chinese Community Church, 500 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. If giving through PayPal, avoid fees by designating Friends and Family from your account, not a credit card, or using the PayPal Giving Fund. Offering collection boxes are also stationed in church worship spaces. In addition to operating budget, you may designate donations to missions, Good Samaritan Fund, Chinatown Service Center, Building Fund.

Next Legal Clinic, sponsored by Chinatown Service Center and Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center, will be on July 9. Translators are provided. You must reserve a spot with the Chinatown Service Center, 202-898-0061 in order to attend. Meeting details will be provided when you call.

辜漢然牧師 作為華語事工的過渡牧師的正式職務已於2026年5月31日結束。我們感謝他在未來短期內繼續自願在需要的地方服事。我們感謝上帝賜給他在美京中華基督教會事奉中謙卑與奉獻的榜樣，並祈求上帝引導辜牧師開啟新的事工機會，榮耀祂的聖名。
黃家邀請親友們一同參加追思禮拜，共同緬懷 Noble的一生，互相慰藉和支持。追思會將於2026年6月20日上午11點在教會舉行。他在5月18日因病去世。參與者可在New York Avenue NW 900號的PMI停車場獲得停車驗證。
