Prayers – April 26, 2026
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
● for the new birth we have because Jesus Christ was raised from the dead. 1 Peter 1:3
● for lavishing your unfailing love to us for those who love and obey you. Deuteronomy 7:9
● for coming alongside us when we have a bigger handful than we can cope with
● for Jesus’ death on the cross now allows us to be friends with God
● for these magical days of spring filled with beauty and wonder
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. who gave up his life for us as an example that we should be willing to give of ourselves for others. “We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.” 1 John 3:16
Forgive us, Lord, when we show our prideful nature. The Lord detests the proud; they will surely be punished. Proverbs 16:5
We pray for brothers and sisters and ourselves as we walk together as a family of God….
● for those who are anxious about tomorrow
● for our cross-cultural workers enduring hardships in foreign environments
● for those living in regions of conflict, that peace will come soon
● for safety for our children as they are more active outdoors
● for making devotion time with God our priority

主啊，願主祢在我們裡面掌權，引導我們更像基督—祂為我們捨命，成為榜樣，使我們也願意為他人擺上自己。「我們從此就知道何為愛；因為主為我們捨命，我們也當為弟兄捨命。」- 約翰一書3:16
主啊，求主祢赦免我們的驕傲與自高 因祢憎惡驕傲的人；他們必不免受罰 – 箴言16:5
我們同心為主內的弟兄姊妹禱告……
● 為那些為明天憂慮的人，求主賜下平安與信心。
● 為在異地服事、經歷艱難的跨文化宣教同工。
● 為身處戰亂地區的人，求主使和平早日臨到。
● 為孩子們在戶外活動時的平安與保守。
● 求主幫助我們以與主祢親近為優先，持守靈修生活。
