Prayers – August 31, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
● for a change of pace and new experiences this past summer
● that your unfailing love is as high as the heavens and Your faithfulness reaches the clouds. Psalm 57:10
● for making our broken spirits whole again
● that You hear our voices every morning; help us to tune our ears to hear yours
● that You keep watch over us as we come and go. Psalm 121:8
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● being flexible in our thinking realizing that God’s heavenly purposes and methods are different than ours that have been shaped by the world. Colossians 3:2
● forgiving others who have wronged us and becoming a channel of God’s love for them. Ephesians 4:32
● sharing generously to meet God’s purposes for all things belong to him. 2 Corinthians 9:6
● showing gentle concern to help others to meet their needs. 1 Thessalonians 2:7
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for those who work hard to realize faithful labor is never wasted: “… Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)
● for the Board committees to accomplish their year’s goals
● for ministry teams not to grow weary of supporting their pastors and congregations
● for those suffering from the consequences of war
● that God is preparing the perfect shepherd to answer the call of ministering to our Chinese congregations
● for those adjusting to new seasons and changes in their lives

禱告事項
“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
感謝主……
• 為這個夏天節奏的改變與新的經歷。
• 因為祢的慈愛高及諸天，祢的誠實達到穹蒼。（詩篇57:10）
• 主使我們破碎的心靈重新得以完全。
• 主每天早晨都聽見我們的聲音；求主幫助我們的耳朵能聽見祢的聲音。
• 主在我們的出入間看顧我們。（詩篇121:8）
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 思想要靈活，明白上帝天上的旨意與方法不同於我們被世界塑造的思維。（歌羅西書 3:2）
• 饒恕那些得罪我們的人，成為主祢愛的管道去愛他們。（以弗所書 4:32）
• 慷慨分享，滿足上帝的旨意，因為萬有都屬於祂。（哥林多後書 9:6）
• 表現出溫柔的關懷，幫助別人，滿足他們的需要。（帖撒羅尼迦前書 2:7）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為理事會各委員會能夠完成年度目標禱告。
• 為各事工團隊不致疲乏，能繼續支持牧者與會眾禱告。
• 為那些受戰爭影響而受苦的人禱告。
• 求神預備合祂心意的牧者，回應呼召來牧養我們的中文會眾。
• 為那些正適應人生新季節與變化的人禱告。
