Prayers – August 10, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
● for the peace that comes every time we release a prayer to You
● for the joy of watching little ones grow and learn
● for furthering our spiritual lives in and by our circumstances
● for Jesus coming to teach us about You
● that Your plans can never be stopped
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● making difficult decisions based on the will and ways of God. James 1:5
● being content understanding that God provides everything needed for our happiness. 1 Timothy 6:8
● loving others with our attentiveness and time. Romans 12:10
● being aware of what is happening around us so we can make use of every opportunity to share the message of salvation. Ephesians 5:15-16
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for safety and rest for those on vacation
● for church members to answer the call of leadership if they are so gifted
● that we may find ways to serve through the upcoming Chinatown Service Center fundraiser
● for those who seek help at the Chinatown Service Center may also experience the love of God
● for trust in God for those dealing with health issues
● for our pastors to find strength and patience as they juggle both personal and church demands
● for those mourning the loss of loved ones

“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
感謝主……
● 我們每一次向祢獻上禱告時，心中就得著平安。
● 我們得以喜樂地看著孩子們成長與學習。
● 我們的靈命能在各樣處境中得以進深。
● 因耶穌來到世上教導我們認識祢。
● 因祢的計畫永遠無法被阻擋。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
● 在艱難中，仍能根據神的旨意與道路做出抉擇。（雅各書 1:5）
● 明白神供應我們一切所需而知足。（提摩太前書 6:8）
● 以細心與時間來愛人如己。（羅馬書 12:10）
● 留心察看我們周遭的事，好把握每一個機會傳揚救恩的信息。（以弗所書 5:15-16）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
● 為正在度假的人禱告，求神賜他們平安與休息。
● 為教會中具領導恩賜的弟兄姊妹能回應神的呼召。
● 求神帶領我們在即將到來的華埠服務中心籌款活動中找到服事的機會。
● 為那些到華埠服務中心尋求幫助的人，願他們也能經歷神的愛。
● 為正面對健康挑戰的弟兄姊妹，求他們信靠神。
● 為我們的牧师禱告，願他們在面對教會與個人生活雙重壓力時仍有力量與耐心。
● 為正在哀悼親人離世的人禱告。
