“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

  • Thank you, Lord, that you are our help, our shield to protect us. Psalm 33:20
  • Thank you, Lord, that You see us as perfect because we accept Jesus’ gift of atonement.
  • Thank you, Lord, that You are faithful even when we are unfaithful. 2 Timothy 2:13
  • Thank you, Lord, for calling us ‘friend’. Help us to share that friendship by loving others.
  • Help us to be committed to the prayer work you have entrusted to us, that others might know the saving grace of Christ that we have.
  • Help us to be confident in God, even before we have tangible evidence that He is at work.
  • Help us to overcome a critical attitude, for we cannot see the speck in someone else’s eye when we have a log in our own. Matthew 7:3-5
  • Pray for the planning of Summer Retreat details, that our efforts will lay the groundwork for God to do His work among us.
  • Pray for the children who will attend the Vacation Bible School in August, that they will experience the love of God in our church.
  • Help us to be in the habit of asking God what He wants us to do with our day. Proverbs 16:3
  • Help us to practice peacemaking, a fruit of the Spirit, when we encounter folks who are angry or upset.
  • God, we are struggling with all the destruction around us, some manmade and some by force of nature. We pray for those affected and ask your help to discern what service we can provide.
  • Lord, we are frustrated that good things take so long to come to fruition. Help us to be patient with your timing.
  • We pray for those suffering with ill health, financial challenges, and emotional pain. May God bring strength and peace to them.

  • 為暑期退修會細節的規劃禱告，使我們的努力能為神在我們中間的工作奠定基礎。
  • 為八月份參加暑期兒童聖經班的孩子們禱告，使他們能在我們教會經歷神的愛。
  • 幫助我們養成習慣把每天應該做什麼事交託耶和華。箴言16:3
  • 當我們遇到憤怒或不安的人時，幫助我們施行使人和睦，這是聖靈的果子。
  • 主啊，我們在周圍的各種破壞中掙扎，有些是人為的，有些是大自然造成的。我們為受影響的人禱告，並求你幫助識別我們能夠提供哪些服務。
  • 主啊，我們感覺沮喪，因為美好的事情需要非常長的時間才能實現。幫助我們對你的定時保持耐心。
  • 我們為那些被身體欠佳、經濟困難和情緒痛苦煎熬的人禱告。願神賜予他們力量與平安。
