This year may we spend even more time with God and reap the blessing of His being our constant companion.  We “take delight in the Lord,” trusting His promise that “he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

• John 14:27 “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” We pray for your presence of calm in the midst of the world’s chaos, leaving all in your hands.
• Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. ” Thank you, God, for your promises.  Remind us that your faithfulness towards us never waivers.
• New Beginnings. Isaiah 43:18-19 “But forget all that— it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.” Help us to learn from our mistakes and face the future facing forward, not backward. Guide us back to your purpose and plan for our lives.
• Focus on Christ. Hebrews 12:1-2 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.” Lord, help us to shut out the voices that distract or seek to drown out yours.
• Romans 12:18 “Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone. ”  Help us to push back divisive thinking and use the fruits of the Spirit to be a healer of broken and angry hearts.
• Numbers 6:24-26 “May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace. ” Thank you, Lord, that you enjoy giving us gifts for our good. Help us to seek you, the Blesser, in response.

• 平安。約翰福音14:27“我留下平安給你們，我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的不像世人所賜的，你們心裡不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。” 在世界的混亂中我們祈求你的安寧，亦將一切都交給你管掌。
• 希望。希伯來書10:23“也要堅守我們所承認的指望，不致搖動，因為那應許我們的是信實的。” 主啊，感謝你的應許。提醒你對我們的信實是永不動搖的。
• 新的開始。以賽亞書43:18-19“耶和華如此說：「你們不要記念從前的事，也不要思想古時的事。看哪，我要做一件新事，如今要發現，你們豈不知道嗎？我必在曠野開道路，在沙漠開江河。” 幫助我們從錯誤中吸取教訓，面向未來而不是後看。帶領我們回到你給我們生命的目的和計劃。
• 專注於基督。希伯來書12:1-2“我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍著我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程，仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。” 主啊，幫助我們拒開那些試圖把你的說話淹蔽或令我們對它分散注意的聲音。
• 和好。羅馬書12:18“若是能行，總要盡力與眾人和睦。” 幫助我們抗拒分裂的思想，並使用聖靈的果子來治愈破碎和憤怒的心。
• 祝福。民數記6:24-26“願耶和華賜福給你，保護你！願耶和華使他的臉光照你，賜恩給你！願耶和華向你仰臉，賜你平安！” 主啊，感謝你喜歡為了我們的好處給我們禮物。幫助我們尋求你–我們的賜福者–作為回應。
