Prayers – November 30, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
As we begin this season of Advent, may our hearts be filled with the hope that comes from knowing your promises are true. May we continue to hope in you with unwavering trust.
Thank you, LORD….
● for entrusting CCC with the important mission of saving souls for the past 90 years
● for the blessing of life evermore. Psalm 133:3
● for making us your heirs. Titus 3:7
● for warm hugs and smiles from those we haven’t seen for awhile
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● keeping the name of Jesus above all others because it is the only one that leads to salvation. (Acts 4:12). There are many causes for Christians to engage in but there is only one cause, one name, that leads to salvation.
● refraining from interfering with God’s plan for others, John 21:21-22, and concentrating only on one’s right relationship with God and being a blessing to others
● calling on the power of the Holy Spirit to do God’s work. Matthew 12:18
● honoring You with our character displaying the fruits of the Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for CCC going through the difficult task of discerning the pastor God has called to shepherd the Chinese congregation
● that Thanksgiving gatherings reminded us of God’s goodness and rekindled opportunities to share His love
● for the children who will be receiving shoebox gifts and hearing about Jesus for the first time this year
● for those struggling to access necessities (food, shelter, clothing) for daily living
● for the health and well-being of our staff
● for guidance for those who need to make important decisions

當我們進入將臨期的季節，願我們的心因深知祢的應許是真實的，而充滿盼望。願我們持守對祢那不動搖的信靠。
感謝祢，主啊……
● 主祢在過去90年來託付CCC華人基督教會拯救靈魂的重要使命。
● 主祢賜下永遠的生命祝福。（詩篇 133:3）
● 主祢使我們成為祢的後嗣。（提多書 3:7）
● 主祢讓我們與久未相見的弟兄姊妹再度相擁、分享溫暖的笑容。
主啊，願祢在我們生命中成就祢的旨意。即使我們常想掌控生命的每個層面，仍求主祢引導我們更像耶穌……
● 高舉耶穌的名超乎一切，因為唯有祂的名帶來救恩（使徒行傳 4:12）。基督徒可以投入許多事工，但唯有一個使命、一個名字能帶來救恩。
● 不干預主祢為他人所安排的計畫（約翰福音 21:21-22），只專注於自己與主祢正確的關係，並成為他人的祝福。
● 呼求聖靈的大能來成就神的工作。（馬太福音 12:18）
● 願我們的生命能彰顯聖靈的果子：仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、溫柔、節制（加拉太書 5:22–23），使主得尊榮。
我們為CCC的弟兄姊妹以及在教會以外的人禱告，求神那良善、聖潔、可喜悅的旨意得以成全，即使我們不明白祂工作的過程或結果……
● 為CCC的牧者甄選代禱，求神帶領教會辨明祂呼召來牧養華語會眾的牧者祈求。
● 願感恩節的聚集讓我們再次記得主祢的良善，並開啟更多分享主愛的機會。
● 為那些將收到鞋盒禮物、今年第一次聽見耶穌的孩子們禱告。
● 為那些難以獲得日常生活所需（食物、住所、衣物）的人禱告。
● 為教會同工的健康與身心平安禱告。
● 為那些需要做出重要決定的人尋求神引導。
