October 6, 2024 Prayers
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, Lord….
● for those who pray for us
● for gifting our church family with different talents so that we can accomplish more
● that You accepted Jesus’ payment for our sins by raising Him from the dead: “He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification” Romans 4:25.
● for tireless efforts of our missionaries to demonstrate the of God
● for the hard work and dedication of kitchen volunteer who keep us fed.
Have your way in us, Lord, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, help us to clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Colossians 3:12
● teach us to fear the Lord and strive to live a life that is long and prosperous by keeping a reign over our tongues.

● lead us to treat one another with respect and love as we honor them above ourselves. Romans 12:10
● pray that we will do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus to bring him honor and glory
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for those mourning the loss of loved ones
● for protection and mercy for Christians in China facing difficult situations
● for patience for those who take care of family members
● for our children to overcome the negative temptations in the world
● for those going through long periods of treatment or illness

• 為廚房工們辛勤的工作和奉獻，讓我們得以飽足。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 作為神揀選的子民，聖潔並深受愛戴的，求主幫助我們用恩慈、憐憫、謙卑、溫柔和忍耐來武裝自己。歌羅西書3:12
我們不只為教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為那些哀悼失去親人的人。
• 為那些經歷長期治療或患病的人。
