July 14, 2024 Prayers
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, Lord….
● for the beauty of the earth. Psalm 19:1
● that we can count on You because You are the same forever, reigning over all the earth today and for all our tomorrows. Lamentations 5:19
● for the power of the Holy Spirit that lives within each of us who believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Have your way in us, Lord, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives….
● May we give You the devotion in study and prayer you deserve
● We struggle with wasting time on electronics and social media rather than encouraging one another in person. Help us to carve out time to spend with at least one loved one this week.
● Remind us of your promise that we have always been loved by You: “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:4,5
We pray for your people at CCC and its activities, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for those undergoing prolonged medical treatment or recovering from surgery. Please fill them with the healing power of your spirit. Remove all damaged areas so that rebuilding and recovery of the body may take place.
● for those who attended or will attend the outreach events of the church. May the seeds of gospel truth be sown.
● for those traveling on vacation, that they may be kept safe as they relax and refresh.
● for those grieving from loss and loneliness
● for Summer Retreat and Vacation Bible School attendees to experience God’s love

● 求主提醒我們您的承諾，即我們一直被您所愛：「甚至在祂創造世界之前，上帝就愛我們,在基督裡揀選了我們，使我們在祂眼中成為聖潔，沒有瑕疵。神預先決定將我們接納為祂自己的家庭，透過耶穌基督帶我們到祂身邊。」弗 1:4,5
我們為 CCC 的員工及其活動祈禱，祈求主的良善和完美的旨意得以實現，即使我們可能不理解過程或結果……
● 對於那些正在接受長期治療或從手術中恢復的人，求主用聖靈的力量來填滿他們，清除所有受損區域，以便身體重建和恢復。
● 求主的福音將真理的種子，播種在曾參與或將參加教會外展活動的人士。
● 求主讓那些度假旅行的人，可以在放鬆和恢復精力的同時保持安全。
● 求主顧念那些因失落和孤獨而悲傷的人。
● 求主讓暑假靜修和假期聖經學校的參與者體驗上帝的愛。
