“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

• Thank you, Lord, for the gift of time. Help us to live out our days wisely, taking advantage of every opportunity, to do what You desire.  Ephesians 5:16-17
• Thank you, Lord, for changing us to be like Jesus, that as we spend more time with You, the more You are able to do in us.
• Thank you, Lord, for Jesus paying the price of our sin with his life!
• Thank you, Lord, for giving us another advocate to help us and be with us forever—the Spirit of truth. John 16:13
• Pray for Christians in China whose churches have been closed, whose pastors and leaders have been arrested or detained, and who are suffering because they continue to proclaim the gospel. We pray for them to experience God’s comfort and encouragement and to be strengthened with hope as they stand firmly with Jesus.
• Lord, we pray for you to move about in our children’s school and home and everywhere in between. Protect and deliver them from anyone who would seek to do harm physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.
• One after another, your people are struggling with natural disasters, evil acts, selfishness, and stress. Help us to trust You will turn all these situations to display your love and glory.
• What a wonderful gift to know that today we can always enjoy the presence of God because He dwells within us (1 Corinthians 6:19).
• Lead us to encourage at least one other person in the coming week through a daily prayer for their well-being.
• We pray for our brothers and sisters who are homebound or suffering from illness.
• We pray for our small groups to be energized by the Word and fellowship with one another as they begin their fall schedule.

• 為居家不能出外或患病的弟兄姐妹禱告。
