Prayers

Cast your cares on the Lord    and he will sustain you… (Psalm 55:22)

  • Thank you, Lord, for the beauty we have witnessed in Your creation this summer, whether around the corner or in far off places.  May Your glory continue forever and may we continue to praise You until our last breath.  Psalm 104
  • Help us to press on toward the prize in heaven to which our Father in Christ Jesus has prepared for us (Philippians 3:14).
  • We pray for discipline and self-control to show the world that we are able to live differently because of the Holy Spirit’s work in us. Help us to accept Your grace to reject ungodliness and wrong passions, and to live upright lives that point people to You. Titus 2
  • We pray for our church family – for those dealing with health and mobility issues; for those who are homebound, for those with job and financial worries; for those in broken relationships, for we know You care for us. Consider it pure joy . . . whenever you face trials of many kinds (James 1:2).  We are each on our own journey of learning to trust You with hard circumstances. Help us to see that You can use struggles to produce maturity in our faith.
  • Help us to be faithful to whatever You have called us to do in Your Name, small or large; every detail is important if it’s part of Your plan.
  • We pray for our missionaries, that they will be able to endure all hardships and obstacles for the joy of serving our Father in heaven.
  • We pray that our conversation be always full of grace (Colossians 4:6), so that our words will not only honor our Lord, but lift up and encourage those around us.
  • Lord, grant me the strength to serve You with every breath I take, so that every moment of my remaining days matters to Your Kingdom. Philippians 1:21

  • 為我們的教會大家庭祈禱——為那些健康和行動有問題的人、困在家裡的人、受工作和財務問題困擾的人、有關係破裂的人祈禱，因為我們知道上帝關心我們。我的弟兄們，你們落在百般試煉中，都要以為大喜樂，（雅各書1:2）。我們每個人都有自己學習在艱難的環境中信任你的旅程。幫助我們能看到你使用掙扎或困境來培養我們信仰的成長。
  • 幫助我們忠於你以你的名義呼我們做的任何大小事情上；如果它是您計劃的一部分，那麼每個細節都是重要的。
  • 為我們的傳教士祈禱，願他們能夠忍受一切艱難險阻，為了事奉天父的喜樂而努力。
  • 祈求我們的言語要常常帶著和氣（歌羅西書4:6），這樣我們的話不僅會榮耀我們的主，也會鼓舞和鼓勵我們周圍的人。
  • 主啊，賜給我力量，讓我每一口氣都為了侍奉你，讓我餘生的每一刻都對你的天國有益處。腓立比書1:21
