Prayers – February 8, 2026
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
● for the new life we have in You. 2 Corinthians 5:17
● for giving us a spirit of power, love and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7
● for being by our side as we meet each day’s wonders and trials
● for modern technology which allows us so many ways to reach out to others
● that we can be confident that You are in control
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. being compassionate towards others – be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32.
We pray for brothers and sisters as we share in their joys and difficulties….
● for peace and comfort for the family of Ruth Chan, a faithful member of CCC, who passed away last week
● help us to be good listeners for those who are burdened
● may our church never miss an opportunity to share the Good News through its ministry
● for those in ongoing medical treatment
● for wisdom and perseverance for our Board and Ministry teams as they plan for 2026
● for those who live alone whether shut-in or by personal circumstances

● 現代科技，讓我們有多種方式關懷與聯繫他人。
● 我們可以確信，萬事都在主祢掌管之中。
主啊，願主祢在我們生命中掌權，引導我們更像耶穌……在對待他人上有更多同情心—彼此仁慈，存憐憫的心，彼此饒恕，正如神藉著基督饒恕了你們一般。以弗所書 4:32
我們也為弟兄姊妹禱告，願我們能與他們同享喜樂與困難……
● 願忠心的姊妹陳沈懿虔家人得著平安與安慰，她於上週蒙主恩召。
● 求主幫助我們成為能傾聽他人重擔的人。
● 願教會在服事中，永不錯過分享福音的機會。
● 為仍在持續治療中的弟兄姊妹祈求健康與力量。
● 為我們的董事會及各事工團隊祈求智慧與毅力，使他們為2026年的規劃得著帶領。
● 為獨居的弟兄姊妹禱告，無論因封閉或個人狀況，都得著主的陪伴與安慰。
