Prayers – October 5, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
● for the beauty of eternity that Jesus purchased for us with his life, where God will be at home with us. Rev. 21:3
● that we are never really “lost” because we are always in your sight. Luke 15:24
● that You are for us, so we have nothing to fear. Psalm 118:6
● for the crisp, cool days of fall
● for the examples of lives well-lived that inspire us
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● focusing on the Source so that out of us “will flow rivers of living water”— irrepressible life. John 7:38
● being God’s very special choice to be available for use in any of the seemingly random surroundings which He has engineered for us.
● getting to know God Himself through prayer so that we are changed and are able to change things guided by God’s perspective.
● doing good work that points people to God: “… Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for peace and calm in our hearts no matter what difficulties befall us
● for peace in the world
● for strength and courage for those who must endure upheaval in their lives
● for our missionaries facing financial hardships, adversarial conditions and cultural differences in their mission field
● that we may always be ready to reach out to help a brother in need

禱告事項
“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
● 因為耶穌以祂的生命為我們買贖永恆之美，在那裡神要與我們同住。（啟示錄 21:3）
● 我們從未真正失落，因為我們始終在祢的眼中。（路加福音 15:24）
● 因為有耶和華幫助我，我必不懼怕，人能把我怎麼樣呢？（詩篇118:6）
● 因為清爽涼快的秋日。
● 因為那些活出美好生命的榜樣激勵了我們。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
● 專注於生命的源頭，使我們腹中要流出活水的江河來。─那不可抑止的生命。（約翰福音 7:38）
● 成為神特別揀選的器皿，在祂為我們安排的一切看似隨機的環境中，隨時可以被祂使用。
● 透過禱告認識神自己，使我們被改變，並能在神的眼光引導下改變事物。
● 讓我們的善行領人到神面前：……你們的光也當這樣照在人前，叫他們看見你們的好行為，便將榮耀歸給你們在天上的父。（馬太福音 5:16）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
● 求主在任何困境中賜下平安與安穩在我們心中。
● 求主賜下世界的和平。
● 為那些生命中正經歷動盪的人求力量與勇氣。
● 為我們的宣教士禱告，他們在工場上面對經濟困難、對立環境與文化差異。
● 求主幫助我們常常預備好，伸手幫助有需要的弟兄。
