Prayers – September 7, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
● for the refreshing days of cool and sunny weather
● for all that You have created for us to enjoy. Acts 17:24
● that You are everywhere especially when we are not where we are supposed to be
● for the transfer of strength and encouragement when someone holds our hand
● for memories that sustain us when loved ones are out of sight
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● thanking God for the believers who have encouraged and brought benefit to the lives of others. 1 Corinthians 1:4
● cheerfully showing hospitality to those God puts in our path. Hebrews 13:2
● practicing humility rather than pride as a way to honor God. James 4:6, 10
● taking initiative to act when needed rather than leaving it to someone else. Romans 12:11, 21
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for the work of the Chinatown Service Center sharing the love of God through meeting needs
● for courage and trust for our missionaries who face each day with more unknowns than routine schedules
● that we may be faithful to accomplish what God has called us to do even when we seem to be out-of-sync with the world around us
● for perseverance for those whose good works seem to be thwarted by those with selfish intentions
● that those amid suffering will not lose hope remembering God does have a good plan for everyone
● that the one God has prepared for shepherding our Chinese-speaking congregations will hear a clear call to come

感謝主……
• 主赐予清凉、阳光明媚的日子，让人身心舒畅。
• 主所创造的一切，让我们得以享受。（使徒行传 17:24）
• 主无处不在，即使我們偏離了該走的道路，您仍在我們身邊。
• 当有人握住我们的手时，主赐予我们彼此力量与鼓励。
• 主赐予我们美好回忆，当亲人不在身边时，它们依然支持、安慰和鼓励我们。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 感謝神赐给我们信徒，使他们能鼓励并造福他人的生命。（哥林多前书 1:4）
• 愿我们欢喜地向神安排在我们生命中的人表达热情款待。（希伯来书 13:2）
• 愿我们以谦卑而非骄傲的心，荣耀神。（雅各书 4:6,10）
• 愿我们主动采取行动，而不是把责任推给别人。（罗马书12:11,21）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 为華埠服务中心的工作祷告，感謝他们通过幫助有需要的人来分享神的爱。
• 为宣教士祷告，求他们在每日充满未知的生活中拥有勇气与信靠。
• 求我们忠心完成神所呼召的使命，即使有时看似与周围世界脱节。
• 为那些好心好行却被自私之人阻挠的人祷告，求他们能坚持不懈。
• 为在苦难中的人祷告，感謝他们不失盼望，记得神对每个人都有美好的计划。
• 求神为我们中文会众预备的牧者，清楚听见祂的呼召前来服事。
