Prayers – August 3, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
• that when we are in the throes of trial or temptation, we can trust Jesus, to be in constant prayer for us who believe. John 17:13-20
• for all the moments in our day that warm our hearts
• that You love and care for us unwaveringly. Romans 8:35
• for Your sacrifice on the cross that restores our relationship with Father God
• for giving us opportunities to be transformed
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
• adjusting our personal lives to be available to those we serve. Philippians 2:20
• being confident in sharing what is true and right. Acts 4:29
• investing whatever is necessary to heal the hurts of others. 1 John 3:17
• limiting our freedom to speak out of respect for others’ opinions. Romans 14:21
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
• for seeds of faith to be planted in the hearts of our children at VBS
• for wisdom to reach Chinese students at universities
• for funds for missionaries to meet emergency needs
• that during the most busy days, we hear God’s voice directing us to accomplish what is needful
• for patience for God’s healing for health issues
• for those having to bear the extremes of weather
• for those mourning the loss of loved ones

感謝主……
• 當我們處於試煉或誘惑之中時，我們可以信靠耶穌，相信祂不斷為我們這些信主的人禱告。（約翰福音 17:13-20）
• 主祢賜下每天溫暖我們心靈的時刻。
• 主祢對我們堅定不移的愛與關懷。（羅馬書 8:35）
• 主祢為我們釘十字架，恢復我們與天父上帝的關係。
• 主祢賜予我們被更新與改變的機會。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 調整我們的生活，以便能服事他人。（腓立比書 2:20）
• 在分享真理與正義時充滿信心。（使徒行傳 4:29）
• 願意付出一切，去醫治他人的傷痛。（約翰一書 3:17）
• 出於對他人意見的尊重，限制我們說話的自由。（羅馬書 14:21）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為信心的種子能種在參加暑期聖經學校孩子們的心田裡禱告。
• 為向在大學就讀的中國學生傳福音的智慧禱告。
• 為宣教士能獲得緊急所需的經費禱告。
• 在最忙碌的日子裡，仍能聽見神的聲音，引導我們完成當做之事。
• 為健康問題的醫治等待中有耐心禱告。
• 為忍受極端天氣的人禱告。
• 為正在哀悼摯愛之人離世的人禱告。
