Prayers – May 25, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, Lord….
● for being our Helper so that we may sing for joy in the shadow of your wings, knowing your strong right hand holds ussecurely. Psalm 63:7-8
● for being with us during times of trouble. Psalm 91:15.
● for your forgiveness when we lack faith in your providence
● for the men and women who defend and protect our country,often at great sacrifice
● for the people You place in our path with whom we may share Your peace and joy
Have your way in us, Lord, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● doing good works because we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do so. Ephesians 2:10
● obeying God with deep reverence and fear knowing that we are saved through Jesus Christ forever and must put to work or use what God has placed within us. Philippians 2:12
● becoming so united with God that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. John 17:21-23
● considering others before ourselves: Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Philippians 2:3
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for our brothers and sisters persevering through illness
● for diligence and wisdom for the Search Committee in their task of finding another shepherd for CCC
● for CCC staff who carry out day-to-day operations in the church that Jesus may be known
● for those who are anxious about life in the world
● for those who struggle to survive in war- and storm-torn environments
● for travel mercies for those on vacation

感謝主……
• 因為主祢曾幫助我，我就在祢翅膀的蔭下歡呼。我心緊緊地跟隨祢，祢的右手扶持我。詩篇63:7-8
• 主在我們遭難的時候與我們同在。 詩篇91:15
• 當我們對主祢的供應缺乏信心時，祢仍然赦免我們。
• 為那些捍衛並保護我們國家的男女軍人，常常付出極大的犧牲。
• 主祢安排在我們人生道路上的人們，使我們能與他們分享祢的平安與喜樂。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 我們原是祂的工作，在基督耶穌裡造成的，為要叫我們行善，就是神所預備叫我們行的。 以弗所書2:10
• 敬畏順服神，知道我們是靠著耶穌基督得救，並要實踐神所賜給我們的恩賜。 腓立比書2:12
• 與神合而為一，直到世人知道父差了耶穌，並且父愛他們如同愛耶穌一樣。 約翰福音17:21-23
• 在考慮我們之前先顧及別人： 凡事不可結黨，不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀，只要存心謙卑，各人看別人比自己強。 腓立比書2:3
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為那些正忍受病痛的弟兄姊妹禱告。
• 為聘牧委員會禱告，求主賜他們智慧與殷勤，尋找到合適的牧者來帶領CCC。
• 為教會的同工們禱告，求主使用他們日常的服事，使耶穌的名被認識。
• 為那些對生活充滿焦慮的人禱告。
• 為在戰爭與風災中掙扎求生的人禱告。
