“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

  • Thank you, Lord, for being perfect and unchanging. We know we can count on you. In ages past you laid the foundations of the earth and made the heavens with your hands! They will grow old like worn-out clothing, and you will change them like a man putting on a new shirt and throwing away the old one!  But you yourself never grow old.   • Thank you, Lord, for Your inexhaustible well of love amid the arid deserts of this world.
  • Thank you, Lord, for hope found in looking out at a spring day. May we see ourselves as new buds bursting out to bring joy.
  • In this season of Lent, may our prayers be our evening sacrifice and as incense wafting up to you. Psalm 141: 2
  • We pray for enthusiasm to serve the Lord in whatever small or large task is before us.
  • We pray for perseverance to be good stewards of all that God has given to us.
  • We pray that our church be not only hearers, but doers of God’s Word.
  • We pray for our loved ones going through tough times – health, economic, and financial turmoil – may we lift each one we know and their specific needs to You.
  • May we dwell on the greatest commandment: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second most important is similar: ‘Love your neighbor as much as you love yourself.’  Matthew 22:37-39 NLT
  • Remind us of your promise to give us wisdom: If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask him, and he will gladly tell you, for he is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask him; he will not resent it. James 1:5

  • 祈求我們的教會不要單單聽道，亦以神的話語行道。
  • 為正在經歷困難時期–健康、經濟和財務動盪–的親友禱告，願我們向主舉起每一個我們所知道有困難的人及為其具體的需要呼求禱告。
  • 願我們仔細思考那最大的誡命：你要盡心、盡性、盡意愛主你的神。這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。其次也相仿，就是要愛人如己。馬太福音22:37-39
  • 提醒我們祢賜給智慧的承諾：你們中間若有缺少智慧的，應當求那厚賜於眾人也不斥責人的神，主就必賜給他。雅各書1:5
