“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

  • Thank you, Lord, for creating and fashioning us for Your purpose; that we are not accidents. “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”  Ephesians 2:10
  • Thank you, Lord, for opportunities to share Jesus. Help us to adapt our method of witness so non-believers will want to know more.
  • Thank you, Lord, for the story of the loaves and fishes to remind us that with your supernatural power, we can do wonders.
  • In this season of Lent, may we daily make time for self-reflection from God’s point of view, may we make time to spend with our friend and Savior, Jesus, and may we make time to perform an act of kindness.
  • May we humble ourselves to make changes in thought and deed before we point out how we think others should change.
  • We pray for our church leaders, that the fruits of the Spirit will guide them in all they do.
  • We pray for the children in our church – for their protection against evil, that we be good role models for them to emulate, and they will confess their faith in Jesus in His time.
  • We pray for our loved ones going through tough times – health, economic, and financial turmoil – help them to experience rest in green meadows and peaceful streams. Psalm 23:2
  • We struggle, Lord, with the horrific atrocities that people in the world inflict on others. May those who suffer know the God who will bring them into His glory. Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later. Romans 8:18
  • Let us think about your promise of redemption: If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Romans 10:9-10

  • 主啊，感謝祢按照祢的旨意創造並塑造我們；我們不是意外。我們原是他的工作，在基督耶穌裡造成的，為要叫我們行善，就是神所預備叫我們行的。以弗所書2:10

  • 主啊，感謝祢以五餅二魚的故事提醒我們憑着祢超自然的力量，我們可以創造奇蹟。
  • 在這大齋期，願我們每天抽出時間從神的角度來自我反省，願我們抽出時間與耶穌，我們的朋友及救主，共度，也願我們抽出時間行善。
  • 在我們指出別人應該如何改變之前，願我們謙卑自己，在思想和行為上做出改變。
  • 為我們的教會領袖禱告，求聖靈的果子引導他們所做的一切。
  • 為我們教會的孩子們祈禱－保護他們免受邪惡的侵害，讓我們成為他們效法的好榜樣，並且他們在主所決定的時間承認耶穌為基督。
  • 為正在經歷困難時期–健康、經濟和財務動盪–的親友禱告–幫助他們在青草地上和可安歇的水邊得到休息。詩篇23:2
  • 主啊，我們因世上的人對其他人施加暴行而在掙扎，願那些受苦的人認識這個會將他們帶入祂的榮耀的神。我想，現在的苦楚若比起將來要顯於我們的榮耀，就不足介意了。羅馬書8:18
  • 讓我們思想你救贖的應許：你若口裡認耶穌為主，心裡信神叫他從死裡復活，就必得救。因為人心裡相信就可以稱義，口裡承認就可以得救。羅馬書10:9-10
