“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

• Thank you, Lord, for every good and perfect gift that comes from you. James 1:17
• Thank you, Lord, for freedom to believe, practice faith, pray, worship, have a say in government, speak our opinions, and pursue happiness.
• Thank you, Lord, for your forgiveness because no matter what we’ve done or not done, confession and repentance remove our sins in your eyes.
• Thank you, Lord, for your shelter and rest. Psalm 91
• Help us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry for human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires. James 1:19-20
• Help us to take things as they come, understanding the Holy Spirit is with us whether we are joyful or sad.
• Pray for those who will participate in the Summer Retreat, for people to commit to go and discern where God would like them to be in their walk with him.
• Pray for the outreach of Vacation Bible School in August, that children and coworkers alike will experience the love of God.
• Help us to practice love, a fruit of the Spirit, marked by pure, selfless and self-sacrificing actions and demonstrated perfectly by God who sacrificed Jesus for redemption of our sins.
• Pray for loving relationships within our families, that we may build one another up to be good servants of the Lord.
• Pray that we may take God with us on summer vacation, enjoying relaxing time in his Word.
• God, we are struggling with the acts of violence occurring almost daily in our city. We pray for your intervention in those who choose to act in hurtful ways and your protection for innocent victims.
• Lord, we are frustrated by how long it takes for good change to occur in our community. Help us to develop positive, rather than grumbling attitudes as we work together for good.
• We pray for those suffering with ill health, financial challenges, and emotional pain. May God bring strength and peace to them.

• 為那些參加暑期退修會的人禱告，為他們承諾參與和探悉自己與神同行時應處的位置禱告。
• 為八月暑期聖經班的外展禱告，祈求孩子和同工都能經歷神的愛。
• 幫助我們實踐仁愛，這是聖靈的果子，標誌着純潔、無私和自我犧牲的行為，這是在神從罪裡救贖我們而犧牲耶穌完美地表現出來。
• 為我們親友之間的互愛禱告，使我們能夠彼此建立成為主的好僕人。
• 讓我們在暑期渡假的時候與神同在，在上帝的話語中享受休閒的時光。
• 主啊！我們的社區幾乎每天都掙扎在暴力行為中。我們祈求你干預那些選擇以傷害方式行事的人，並保護無辜的受害者。
• 主啊，我們對社區需要很長時間才能改善感到沮喪。當我們合力改進時，請幫助我們培養積極的態度，而不是抱怨的態度。
• 我們為那些被身體欠佳、經濟困難和情緒苦痛煎熬的人禱告。願神賜予他們力量與平安。
